If you are not fully satisfied WOLF will refund your money on the unused portion of the ammunition. | | | | All WOLF Performance Ammunition is guaranteed against material and workmanship defects. If the ammunition is found to be defective due to material or workmanship, WOLF will replace the defective ammunition at no charge to the customer. | | | | Details: | 1) WOLF will fully refund your claim when accompanied with a receipt and up to 1,000 rounds for ammunition and 5,000 for primers. | | | | 2) All returned ammunition and primers must be in its original packaging. We cannot accept the return of loose ammunition or primers. | | | | 3) Due to the HAZMAT classification of primers, the DOT (Department of Transportation) requires that the party physically shipping the primers be HAZMAT Certified. WOLF will reimburse for shipping expenses, but it is the customer’s responsibility to get the primers returned to WOLF or returned to place of purchase. | | | | 4) All ammunition and primer claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.
